HR Advisory, Search & Selection

We help businesses build the teams that run them, from board and C-suite search to organisational design, performance frameworks and compensation benchmarking. Our search and selection work is grounded in operating experience: we have hired, built and led these functions ourselves, so we assess candidates against the realities of the role, not just the CV. We work discreetly on retained mandates, with particular depth where the talent pool is narrow and the cost of a wrong hire is highest.
